All entrances at Sphere are ADA accessible.

Is there accessible parking?

Can I bring my own food if I have special dietary needs that are medically necessary? 

If you or someone in your party have a medical condition or specific needs that require bringing in outside food or beverage, please contact the Accessibility Services Department at \nguestrelations@sphereentertainmentco.com\n or 725-258-6724 prior to your event to ensure smooth entry into the building.

Can I bring my service animal?

Service animals are permitted inside Sphere. If you or a member of your party is bringing a service animal, please contact Accessibility Services Department at \ndisabledservices@msg.com\n or 888-609-7599 prior to your event. Seating locations that provide a dedicated space for service animals are available throughout the venue.

Onsite Experience

Are there elevators or escalators?

Escalators and elevators are located throughout the building.  All elevators have elevator operators to assist patrons.

Where are the accessible restrooms?

All restrooms can accommodate guests with disabilities. Private restrooms are located throughout the venue. Please see a guest experience representative onsite for direction to the nearest location.

Are wheelchair escorts available?

Patrons with mobility limitations who do not have access to a wheelchair may request a wheelchair transport to their seat, free of charge. Please be aware that our personnel will not remain with you during the event, nor will you be able to remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the event. Please alert staff if you will need assistance.

Are suites wheelchair accessible? 

Suites are wheelchair accessible, but a seat may need to be removed to provide a seating space for your wheelchair or electric scooter. Please contact the  Accessibility Services Department at least 48 hours in advance of the event to allow time for any necessary accommodations.

Are there accommodations available for individuals who may not fit in a standard seat?  

Sphere offers seating with movable armrests and larger chairs without armrests. Please contact the Accessibility Services Department at least 48 hours in advance of the event if you require this type of accommodation.

Will I be able to plug in my ventilator? 

There are electrical outlets available throughout the venue. Please contact the Accessibility Services Department in advance of the event for further assistance.

Will my event use special effects like pyrotechnics, smoke or flashing lights?

Events at Sphere are immersive experiences that, depending on the event, may include elements such as seat haptics, movement sensations, flashing lights, intense lighting, visual effects, loud noises, and atmospheric simulations such as scent and wind. Such elements may aggravate certain medical or physical conditions, and guests should take into consideration if they have a history of discomfort or physical symptoms when experiencing these elements. \nFor your safety, you should be in good health and free from heart, back, or neck problems; motion sickness; photosensitivity or epilepsy; headaches; visual abnormalities; or other conditions that could be aggravated by elements that may be included in an immersive experience.  If you have any concerns and/or are pregnant, you should consult with your physician prior to attending an immersive experience.

Are there accommodations for those with sensory needs?

Sphere has partnered with KultureCity to improve our ability to assist and accommodate guests with sensory needs. Sensory bags, containing special KCVIP badges, fidget tools, noise canceling headphones and other resources, are available for rent at no cost by leaving an ID at our Guest Services Office On level 2 and level 6. \nThere are two designated Quiet Rooms located on levels 2 and 6. Please see your nearest guest experience representative for additional assistance.

Are Assistive Listening Devices (ALD) available?

Assistive Listening Devices (ALD) are complimentary and available for guests who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Do the reverse ATMs have braille lettering?

Reverse ATMs are equipped with braille number pads, volume increase capability and voice activation, and are compatible with headphones.\n\n

Is Closed Captioning or Sign Language Interpretation available? 

Sphere will offer sign language interpreters or closed captioning to guests who request an accommodation. Please note, requests must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to the event.
